Singapore: Drop Charges against Civil Society Activists and Protect Peaceful Assembly

ADPAN has issued a joint statement which relates to Singaporean authorities prosecuting a number of civil society activists for alleged breaches of the law in relation to their advocacy activities including anti- death penalty activism(such as vigils for individuals facing imminent execution)and pro -Palestine initiatives. One of the potential penalties is imprisonment.
